This is a picture of Freddie Levi Hicks 11/06/1915 - 12/17/1999 and his parents Winford E. Hicks 06/03/1886 - 02/07/1963 and Lula Mae Sills Hicks 18910-004/25/1963. This picture was sent to me by Freddie's son William Kennedy Hicks. He said that the picture was taken in 1957 at Model TN.
